Neutral Managed Service Provider of Temporary Agency Workers. Managing a supply chain, or tiers of Agencies to provide Temporary Agency Workers to fulfil bookings.

The principle of the neutral vendor is that priority is not given to one agency over another and that all agencies are signed up to and bound by the same, fair terms and conditions, which will make them eligible to put forward candidates for the assignments as and when they arise. This also includes agency margin rates being agreed before candidates are put forward and provides the Council with control on the fee's charged across job categories.

Additional information: The length of the contract is for two years with the option to extend the contract annually for a further two years (2+1+1). Award through the ESPO MSTAR3 (Managed Services for Temporary Agency Resources) using the Direct Award process through Lot 1 - Managed Service Provision - Lot 1a Neutral Vendor: MSP to manage a supply chain of Agencies.
