Hardware and Software support maintenance for WAN Encryptors

Support and Maintenance: - Renewal of the existing Safenet Ethernet Encryptors Support contract. - Support must be provided from a UK-based supplier. - Must have the capability to resolve issues via telephone support, WebEx or site visit. - Note that remote access to DMO systems is not permitted. - Must provide 24-hour support. The procurement process is via Lot 2; Packaged Software - suppliers under the CCS Technology Products 2 framework agreement (RM3733). Tender proposals must be submitted via CCS e-sourcing portal by 12.00 hrs on 20 May 2019.
