## Description

Support and Maintenance: - Renewal of the existing Safenet Ethernet Encryptors Support contract\. - Support must be provided from a UK-based supplier\. - Must have the capability to resolve issues via telephone support, WebEx or site visit\. - Note that remote access to DMO systems is not permitted\. - Must provide 24-hour support\. The procurement process is via Lot 2; Packaged Software - suppliers under the CCS Technology Products 2 framework agreement \(RM3733\)\. Tender proposals must be submitted via CCS e-sourcing portal by 12\.00 hrs on 20 May 2019\.
