Portsmouth City Council \(the Authority\) is inviting quotations from suitably qualified suppliers to implement a new Adult Social Care system \(SystemOne / ContrOCC\) interface to import Payables and Receivables invoices to our Oracle E-Business Suite \(EBS\)\. The purpose of the import to EBS is to make supplier payments and collect customer debt based on the relevant interfaced invoices\.
