Award of a call off contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of Vocational Multiskills Training for prisoners at HMP Northumberland. The supplier will enhance prisoners' employability through practical skills development, accredited qualifications, and essential literacy and numeracy support where required, during the duration of the contract, the Supplier shall work with prison staff to identify prisoners who have an interest in the construction industry across the establishment and formulate a structured plan to upskill those learners and provide formal accreditation. Accreditation shall be at a minimum of Level 2 Diploma NVQ Diploma in Building Maintenance Multi Trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations (or equivalent vocational qualifications).
