Work description
This contract includes the provision of (a) Technical and commercial expert advice relating to the Council's PFI Highway Maintenance and Management contract and where needed new non-PFI service provision for highways maintenance and management services and (b) commercial cost consultancy services with appropriate highways costing, commercial and contract management skills, capability and experience.
