## Description

The Authority is seeking a bidder for the design and commission development of an online web based enforcement tool, to support all LAs across England & Wales enforce the requirements of the Energy Efficiency \(Private Rented Property\) \(England & Wales\) Regulations 2015 \(referred to as MEES\)\. Specifically in relation to non-domestic properties, to help identify, non-domestic properties that may not meet the minimum energy efficiency standards\.
