Heating and Hot Water System Servicing, Repairs and Installations

Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) are looking to establish a new framework for the servicing, maintenance, repair and installation of heating systems including gas fired, solid fuel and alternative sources such as air and ground source. Due to the geographical spread of our Members eligable to use the established framework we have decided to split the works into the following core regional geographical lots: Lot 1 Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire Lot 2 Lincolnshire Lot 3 Leiscestershire & Northamptonshire Lot 4 Greater London

An additional Lot has also been made available for Members who have properties across the whole of Englands and Wales. Lot 5 National Coverage

A full description of the Lotting strategy is available in the tender documents. Works will be across a range of building types including tenanted and void domestic and commercial properties.
