Price Review 2019 (PR19) Interim Outcomes Policy Support for Competition and Markets Authority (CMA Referrals)

The key Personnel will continue to work on the referrals of PR19 final determinations to the competition and markets authority, producing high quality outputs within short time periods,responding to Companies' submissions and responding to queries from the CMA themselves.

Use of the Contractor's draft outputs by Ofwat will be at Ofwat's own risk and not for sharing outside of the customer group.

The Contractor's warranties in the Contract will not apply to any deficiences in the service due to incorrect,incomplete or inaccurate Ofwat provided data.

The Services do not include any legal or financial service or advice which requires the Contractor to hold a regulatory licence.

Ofwat will ensure:

The reasonable cooperation of Ofwat's Staff and Sub-Contractors any data or information reasonably necessary to order to provide the services is provided upon the request by the Contractor then the Contractor will be exused from providing that part of the affected services

The Contractor's deliverables are for internal use only and are restricted to Ofwat and its affiliates unless otherwise specificable agreed.
