Work description
The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified provider to undertake a major refurbishment for Walwyn Gardens, a housing block designated as Sheltered Housing of Older People. The scope of works includes site wide security, new walkways, new community room, laundry, office and mobility scooter.
