CWF Lot 1A - John Ruskin School - Roof and Fire Door Works

Description

The project comprises the remediation of the existing flat roof areas identified on the drawings, to be replaced with a new built-up felt roofing system. The works also include alterations to existing windows, removal of asbestos-containing materials, and associated internal redecoration. In addition, the works comprise the removal and replacement of 4 no. fire doors and associated glazed screens, to be reinstated with compliant fire-resisting assemblies.
