Ebury Bridge Estate Renewal. Independent Distributor Network Operator (IDNO) : Concession Agreement

Provision of an licenced Independent Distribution Network Operator to "Adopt, own, operate and maintain" the Development Electricity System for all Phases of the Ebury Bridge Renewal Estate

Development on an exclusive basis, subject to the terms of the Concessions Agreement.

Additional information: The Ebury Bridge Estate development is a three phase development which will include (circa) 781 new homes, a new community hub, nursery and fitness centre at Ebury Bridge Estate, Ebury Bridge Road, London, SW1W 8PX.

By way of this tender to select the IDNO as a person that holds a distribution licence to input into the design of and subsequently Adopt, own, operate and maintain the Development Electricity System for all Phases of the Development on an exclusive basis, subject to the terms of a Concession Agreement.
