eBooks for the School Library Service

Hampshire County Council have awarded a contract for the supply of eBooks and eAudio solutions to Wheelers ePlatform Ltd. The School Library Service (SLS) has a requirement for an eBook platform which provides Hampshire Schools with availability of eBooks. The service must be set up as a hub and spoke model which enables each school to access the central (hub) collection, along with the option of purchasing their own titles to develop a local collection (spoke). The service must: *Provide access to a platform to each individual school, allowing the school itself to be the data holder *enable Schools to use their own stock via their hubs *Have the ability to limit access to certain titles by the age of the pupil
