Work description
AWARD ONLY OF:- EXTRA CARE HOUSING SCHEMES 2017/18 Provision of extra care - care and support services currently delivered in all nine extra care schemes in the borough, offering accommodation and 24-7 care to service users, which is vital care to enable vulnerable adult or older person to live at home independently. The accommodation is provided by different landlords who offer a tenancy to those who reside in a scheme.
