The London Borough of Barnet seeks to procure a contractor to deliver Action for Silk Stream Main Contractor Works - Flood Risk and Landscaping Scheme in Lot 1 - Watling Park HA8 0RW in Barnet for London Borough of Barnet and Lot 2 - Chandos Recreation Ground HA8 6JD in Harrow for London Borough of Harrow\. Bids may be for one or all Lots\. Each Lot Contract is for a fixed period of 9 months, with an optional extension of further 6 months subject to performance and budget\. These contracts will be subject to break clauses and rectification delivery period\.
