## Description

As part of their annual highway maintenance programme, Northumberland County Council \(NCC\), produce several thousand tonnes of asphalt waste containing coal tar \(AWCCT\) 17 03 01\* per annum\. In addition, there is currently several thousand tonnes stockpiled at a number of S2 locations countywide\. NCC are seeking to appoint a Contractor to recycle this AWCCT and provide CRBM and HBM\.
