Refurbishment of existing motorsport bays to create engineering facility\. Removal of internal partitions, resurfacing of ground floor slab, alterations to internal services\. Removal of existing roller shutter and insertion of new composite cladding with glazed infil panel and new entrance door\. College expect the main contractor to take the direct order placed work packages into their programme\. All works to be completed by 10th October 2022\.
