## Description

British Forces in Germany need the capability to refuel their vehicles from Mechanical Transport Fuel Installations \(MTFIs\) in a limited number of locations\. There is therefore a requirement for the supply of diesel to the fuel storage tanks at these MTFIs\. There is also a requirement for the delivery of fuel to exercise areas and for the Authority's Bulk Fuel Carrying Vehicles \(BFCVs\) to be filled at the Supplier's depots\.
