GB-Trent: Housing Development Employer's Agent/Project Manager

Stoke-on-Trent City Council requires a highly motivated and diligent Employer’s Agent/Project Manager to inform and control the development of council residential housing projects. The provider will be required to work closely with council officers to take the projects from feasibility to completion, taking a strong lead on the construction project management function. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). Click the “Express Interest” button in the “Actions” on the left-hand side of the page. This will move the ITT over to the “My ITTs” page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only) 11. Click on the ITT code, you can now access any attachments by clicking the “Settings and Buyer Attachments” in the “Actions” box on the left-hand side of the page 12. You can now choose to “Reply” or “Reject” 13.
