Homes England required to appoint a Monitoring Surveying \(MS\) Firm from its multi-disciplinary technical services Panel\. The appointed MS is Arcadis Consulting \(UK\) Ltd and their work will include providing initial due diligence and ongoing monitoring of the residential development works\.
