## Description

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council wishes to commission an effective Healthwatch service, in line with that required by the Health and Social Care Act 2012\. The Service will act as the voice of the public as consumer champions and also deliver advice, information, signposting and health complaints advocacy to all ages in the Local Authority Area\. Healthwatch will also be a member of the local Health and Wellbeing Board Additional information: Any parties interested in bidding for this opportunity must register and then complete their submission via the e-Procurement portal \(link listed above\)\. Please note that this contract initially runs for two years but has the option to extend by a further two years \(in 12 month increments\)\.
