## Description

The Borough Council of Newcastle-under-Lyme wish to employ an asbestos removal contractor to deliver Asbestos Removal at York Place as detailed in the Asbestos Survey in Appendix A \(included in the document pack to this notice\)\. The Borough Council have appointed Capital&Centric to work with them to deliver the redevelopment of the York Place site and the asbestos removal is the first stage of the project prior to demolition\. The site address is: York Place, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 1BT
