## Description

Housing have a statutory duty to ensure all buildings they manage/occupy are cleaned to an acceptable standard and maintained\. \\r Churchill have been awarded to provide a daily cleaning service to council properties and communal areas in the Housing estate\. In addition to daily clean they carry out periodic deep cleans, window cleaning and emergency cleans \(24/7\) for the Housing Estate\.\\r \\r The Housing Estate consists of cleaning in:\\r • all the communal corridors, stairwells, entrances and bin stores \(see more detail in tender document\)\\r • 450 Low rise building \\r • 10 High rise buildings\\r • 22 Sheltered accommodation buildings\\r • Various temporary accommodation sites
