Liverpool City Council - Highways Planned Works Framework

Description

The Council is seeking to establish a multi-Lot multi-supplier framework agreement for highways planned works. The opportunity to participate in the procurement process for the award of a place on the Framework is advertised via an OJEU Contract Notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union. The procurement process is being undertaken in accordance with the Restricted Procedure and the ITT is issued to all Tenderers that have been successfully shortlisted following submission and evaluation of the PAS 91 Selection Questionnaire. Those Tenderers will be invited to submit Tenders in accordance with the requirements set out in this ITT. Additional information: The Framework Agreement will be available to all Local Authorities within the Liverpool City Region
