Work description
Stroud District Council (SDC) has a 10 year Sheltered Modernisation Project which seeks to improve the sheltered housing accommodation across the district. As part of this project, we are looking to breathe new life into the ex-warden properties which are no longer required following service delivery changes. SDC are seeking a contractor to undertake these works in a professional and effective manner.
