Work description
Highways England is looking to set up a contract for the provision of services provide technical services to produce a GG104 risk assessment for the trial of the Roadside Communications (RsC) involving the deployment of the electronic billboards and its potential use in improving customer satisfaction of road users while driving through roadworks on the M4 J3-12 smart motorways scheme.
