Description
APHA delivers the Disinfectant Approval Scheme on behalf of Defra, which is a prepay commercial scheme. The scheme approves disinfectants on the basis of efficacy tests conducted in the laboratory. This testing is a requirement of the principle legislation of the Animal Health Act 1981. APHA require testing to be carried out for Foot and Mouth Disease Virus (FMD) and Swine Vesicular Disease (SVD) approvals Additional information: Please note that Defra procurement uses e-tendering, provided by Bravosolutions.
