GB-Maidstone: Golding Homes - Valuation Services

To support Golding Homes in undertaking full valuation and options appraisal around potential move to MVSST. Golding Homes are seeking tenders for the provision of expert advice and due diligence in respect of moving to MV-STT (MV) valuation basis for our LSVT Housing Stock. This procurement relates specifically to a second stage, more detailed options appraisal which will support decision making in partnership with a separately appointed legal adviser (and any other specialist resources which may be required to successfully appraise the options)

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
