Contract for the design of Western Way Development, Bury St Edmunds

The purpose of the contract is to provide all of the design disciplines required to take the current design of the Western Way Development through the tendering process an up to the award of a construction contract for the phase 1 scheme (and to RIBA stage 4). The value of the capital works is likely to be over £80m.
