Epping Forest District Council are looking for a consultant to help us develop a strategy that will enable us to utilise our operational assets to achieve our goals of: •Increasing efficiency •Increasing income generation •Reducing carbon emissions and energy costs The strategy is to consider options for seven operational properties. The properties should be considered individually and as a portfolio Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
