To undertake works for a replacement toilet facility, to include male and female toilets, changing places facility, general neutral toilet, accessible toilets and family room\. The site forms part of a public car park and therefore when pricing the risks associated with this must be taken into account\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
