The commissioned services will develop their own marketing plans to promote preventative action in a proactive nature across the population and communities and to better understand customer need\. This approach will help to increase the individual and communities' ability to "navigate" preventative and support services and to take that first step into healthier lifestyles \(5 ways to wellbeing\)\. Commissioned services will also help to promote streamlined pathways for health and social care needs between services
