## Description

The Police Forces for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire \(BCH\) have an Operational Learning \(OL\) Department that covers BCH force areas\. The Crime Training Department is part of the OL department and is responsible for training detective skills including interview training\. As training has to be a real life as possible, we require the services of experienced role actors to help us to deliver these training courses\. The initial contract period will be 2 years with the option to extend\.
