## Description

St Peter's House, based on Balliol Road, Bootle, is a ten storey property owned by Sefton Council, but occupied by three different business tenants\. Sefton Council require a guarding service on site from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday and this will include opening and closing the building\. The building is open to office staff between 7:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday\. Individual guards must be SIA licensed\.
