## Description

Newcastle City Council is currently carrying out extensive refurbishment of the Civic Centre Newcastle and has recently completed a pilot proposal to determine and confirm requirements for the remainder of the Block 3\. The next phase of the refurbishment involves the completion of a further six floors in the tower block \(Block 3\) and we are looking to carry out a procurement exercise for the chilled beam manufacture and supply\. The comfort cooling scheme for the recently completed 9th floor is based on a recessed active chilled beams\. The chilled beams were installed running north to south on either side of the office space\.
