## Description

The Authority wishes to appoint a contractor for the refurbishment of Ashford Fire Station and delivery of a live fire training facility\. An Expression of Interest has been run under the Southern Construction Framework \(SCF\) LOT 2, followed by an Early Engagement Pack \(EEP\) via Kent Business Portal\. The resulting Fast Track Competition Invitation to Tender follows on from the EEP and is also issued via Kent Business Portal under the Southern Construction Framework \(SCF\) LOT 2\.
