## Description

Essex County Council \(ECC\) is looking for suitably experienced providers to deliver a Community Rehabilitation and Structured Intervention Service for people with substance misuse issues\. The service will provide highly intensive community treatment as a more effective alternative to residential rehabilitation\. This service will incorporate the structured psychosocial elements of the existing Structured Intervention Service and provide a robust platform from which these will be delivered\. The contract duration is expected to be 7 years with an estimated available budget of £950,000 per annum\. Being classified as Health and Social Services, this procured is being tendered under the Light Touch Regime\.
