It is the intention of Newground CIC on behalf of Blackburn BID to enter into an agreement with a supplier (this may include but is not limited to a communications/marketing agency or freelance professional) to provide Blackburn BID's marketing and communications service, which is a key part of delivering Objective As an optional extra element, Newground CIC on behalf of Blackburn BID is looking to engage a supplier to design branding and artwork to support the delivery and promotion of Blackburn BID events, projects and services on an ad-hoc basis.
