## Description

Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to replace the Crittal curtain walling to the south elevation of the dining hall with uPVC double glazing\. To supply and fix two pair of powder coated aluminium doors\. To replace the Crittal Clerestory windows with uPVC double glazing\. A Schedule of Works will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Minor Works Contract\. In order to access the opportunity to quote you must express your interest by registering on the Council's e-tendering system free of charge on the link below: https://procontract\.due-north\.com/Login It is anticipated that quotation documents will be available via the e-tender system on 18 April 2017, with a return date of 9 May 2017\. Please note failure to express your interest via the link above will result in you not being able to view the quotation documents\. The proposed commencement date of this project is 21 July 2017 and we anticipate a four week programme of works\.
