GLA 81635 - Local Energy Framework

Commercial advice to support the connection of Coventry University buildings to the local district energy network. It's expected the support will include: the review of draft contracts, role as a specialist advisor in commercial negotiations, review of heat purchase agreements, review of tariffs including unit, standing and capacity costs, advice on indexation proposals, metering and billing proposals, financial modelling, maintenance arrangements, and the setting of KPIs and SLAs. The timeline of the support is expected to cover from June 2024 to the end of May 2025. Sub-Lot: 2 sub-lot 2.2
