## Description

Following the successful trial of a centralised Office Stationery procurement function, City College Plymouth is seeking to re-tender the opportunity with the view to awarding a one \(1\) year exclusive contract with the option to extend for 1\+1\+1 years, to a total of four \(4\) years\. As the value of the contract is likely to exceed £25,000 over four years, the College will advertise the opportunity using the “Contracts Finder” portal as per the Public Contracts Regulations 2015\. Additional information: Electronic Submissions Electronic submissions in response to this Request for Quotation will be accepted as long as they meet the following criteria: Sent via email to: tenders@cityplym\.ac\.uk Document standards: • Text must be in Microsoft Word format; • Price tables must be in Microsoft Excel format \(using pricing schedule in Appendix A\); • Supportive evidence may additionally be submitted in PDF format; • Images, Designs, and other supporting evidence may be in either JPEG or PDF format • Signed Agreement Acceptance and Declaration\. • Completed Appendix C – Mandatory and Discretionary Exclusions • Completed Appendix D – Suitability Assessment – Please note this suitability assessment will not be viewed unless you are the winning tenderer\. Failure at this stage may prevent the contract from being awarded\. Please note, the College is able to accept submissions in the form of a “compressed” or “Zip” file so long as the documents contained are in the formats outlined above\. Please provide the number of deliveries last year/ delivery frequency? A: In the interests of Sustainability the College aims to group orders together twice per week\. However, in cases where supplies are required urgently this frequency can increase\. 3\. Please provide the average order value? A: Order values vary drastically so it is not possible to provide an average order value\. As above, where possible the College aims to group orders together to lessen the impact of delivery of small orders\.
