Work description
NHS Devon (The Commissioner) sought to commission an Early Intervention for Self- Harm service for children and young people in Torbay.
The education-based provision will provide assessment, advice, interventions and support to children and young people, their families/carers and key others in the child or young person's life (including educational staff), in relation to their emotional health and wellbeing where there is also a perceived or actual self-harming behaviour.
The contract term is a period of 12 months starting on 01 March 2023 with the option to extend for a further 9 months. The total contract value is £115,000.
Additional information: The services are healthcare services falling within Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations") which are not subject to the full regime of the Regulations, but is instead governed by the "Light Touch Regime" contained within Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Regulations (Regulations 74 to 77).
