## Description

BHCC's International & Sustainability Team are seeking a single/principal consultancy service to develop a Decarbonisation Pathways study\. The consultants will work with the Council and stakeholders to model and cost future scenarios for carbon reduction and develop an action plan towards carbon neutrality\.
