## Description

The works are to convert an existing 4-bedroom detached bungalow into a safe environment for 1 or 2 young people to live with 24-hour staff supervision\. The works include design and install of a new heating system, full redecoration, new driveway and boundary fencing and general improvement works\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
