## Description

Assignment under the Market Research MR130001 Agreement Contract\. This qualitative research will look to evaluate HMRC's first Personal Tax Account \(PTA\) marketing campaign\. In particular, it will seek to: • understand customer reactions to the campaign; • maximise engagement with the campaign messaging and call to action; and • inform decisions on future campaign activity\.
