## Description

Advance Northumberland \(Housing\) Limited, as part of our yearly accountancy practices carry out annual asset reevaluations across the full portfolio\. We are therefore looking to appoint MRICS Surveyors to provide comprehensive asset valuations of the Residential Portfolio valued in accordance with MRICS Valuation standards, in accordance with UKGAAP \(FRS 102\) regulations\. Additional information: The tender will be advertised on the ProContract procurement portal, and will be available on or before November 27th 2023\.
