The City of London \(The City\) wishes to procure an Intermediate \(Minor\) Construction Works framework tosupport delivery of capital works programme, strategy and other initiatives\. This may include a variety ofconstruction works and disciplines, predominantly for mechanical, electrical & public health and building fabricworks for various sites owned and/or managed by the City and other named parties mentioned in this ContractNotice\. Individual call-off contracts let under this framework are generally intended to be in the range 250 000GBP to 1 000 000 GBP\.
