## Description

Sunny Bank Primary School is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced company to undertake their cleaning and caretaking provision\. It is anticipated that the new arrangement will be in place in readiness for the start of the academic year commencing September 2016\. The expiry date of the contract will be 31st August 2017 with an option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods\.
