## Description

Property Services are seeking a supplier for the provision of Asset Valuations for financial reporting purposes for three year programme 2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22\. This will include commercial and residential assets\. This contract will be for a period of 3 years commencing 4th November 2019 subject to the accounts being singed off satisfactory, with an option of extending for a further one year subject to requirements and funding\. Award will be based on the evaluation criteria stated in the quotation pack\.
