Thurrock Council \("the Council"\) is seeking a partner \("the Partner"\) to assist in the implementation of a Wayfinding scheme across different towns within the borough, to promote walking and cycling by displaying an estimated time and distance to places of interest by the appropriate mode through safe routes\.
